Just as working with Bicycles is a creative passion, Bay Area Bicycle Network wants to honor your other creative passions by incorporating your creative writing and artwork into our web site and monthly newsletter! Follow the links below to view current submissions.

Please read submission guidelines below. All submissions should have equine or ranching/agricultural themes.
Poetry: Maximum 4 poems per submission, maximum 500 words each.
Short Fiction: One short piece per submission, maximum 1,000 words.
Short Non-fiction: One short piece per submission, maximum 1000 words.
Artwork: One piece of artwork may accompany each submission of creative writing, or you may submit your artwork separately. Artwork can include photography.
Be sure to thoroughly proofread your work before submitting. Writing and artwork should be suitable for all ages.
Please email your submissions to create@bayequest.com. You may attach your submission as a Word document, or paste it into the body of your email message. Artwork may be attached to emails in .jpg, .gif or .pdf file format.
Include your name, age, daytime phone number, a short bio (3-4 sentences) telling us a little about yourself, and indicate whether you want to be anonymously published. If you are under 18, include the name and phone number of a parent or guardian.
All submissions will be reviewed by editors. Bay Area Bicycle Network reserves the right to select which submissions will appear on its web site and/or newsletter. All accepted submissions will be automatically entered in our annual Creative Writing contest to win a year's subscription to FeedEX On-Line Bicycle Nutrition Software (one winner each for Poetry, Fiction, and Artwork).
